What are the memberhsip classifications and how do I choose which membership type is best for me?

Owner/Operator membership is for a person, corporation, partnership or other organization which owns, builds, develops, manages, operates or supervises the operation of multi-family rental housing.

Associate membership is for a person, corporation partnership or other organization which services, supplies, or otherwise deals with multi family rental housing or is in the promotion of multi-family housing industry.

Institutional membership is for a corporation, partnership, or other organization which services, supplies, or otherwise deals with multi-family rental housing, banks, building and loan associations, and other mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance companies and any other organizations interested in the promototion of the multi-family rental hosuing industry.
