The Service Technician is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in all areas. Specific duties will be assigned under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. General areas of responsibility are:
• On-site maintenance functions
• Physical condition of the community

• High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required
• HVAC Certification preferred- Will need to obtain within 6 months of hire if you do not have it.
