Meet your Instructor:
Katy Kristoffersen has over 20 years experience in coaching and teaching. She specializes in mindfulness, yoga and music.
She earned her Master's Degree in Music Education from Mount St. Joseph University and is an RYT200 certified yoga instructor with certifications in vinyasa, prenatal, post-natal, and restorative yoga.
Her teaching experience led Katy to develop an eight-week course of study in mindfulness. She sees mindfulness as a platform through which to explore the body, relationships, the workplace, emotions, the self, and the heart to work toward a higher, more connected sense of self.
Katy thrives on intuition and strives to create unique personal experiences for her yoga, mindfulness, and music practitioners. She considers her instructional style much less "teaching to" and more "walking with," or guiding. Most of all, she is grateful for the opportunities that music, mindfulness and movement provide to connect with so many incredible people.
